My new bass

hey guys. just bought a new bass! i love it -- it's a 1913 milanese bass built by antonio monzino.

Yep, I bought it about a week ago. I'm getting some set-up work done at Gage's over the next few weeks, and I'm picking it up after I get back from an orchestral fellowship in Europe that I'm leaving for later today...

Thanks, thanks! Wish I could have brought my new bass on the fellowship, but it's in Switzerland and I couldn't pay for the whole mess of shipping the bass right after dropping all that money on buying it! So now I am in Switz and borrowed a bass from someone in Geneva... it's not bad, but it's not like my new baby!
