My prototype bass wheel

Hey all,

A few months ago I decided to make my own bass wheel. I had been pondering the idea for awhile after researching all the wheels currently on the market. I liked certain attributes from different wheels. Pneumatic wheels really protected my bass, but they leak air. And soft rubber wheels were really durable, but I felt protected my bass less than air filled wheels. None seemed to have the overall package. So when I built my wheel I decided to try and fix this problem. I used a soft rubber wheel combined with a spring like design to help cushion my bass. What do yall think? Again this is only a prototype, but I think it works great and looks cool too.

I think you should apply for a patent. Cool!

Now cut a hole in the gig bag and make the shaft on the wheel a cord plug and you rock! O, it needs to swivel also.

Check this out. A LED headlight for those dark streets after a gig. God forbid you can't see while wheeling your bass.

Well, I have been looking into refining the design and finding a company to prefab cut the steel, but so far the latter has been difficult for the money. Mabey i'll just bite the bullet, but right now its a purley custom job.
