need help with lowering action on db

does anyone know how to lower the action on my DB? ive screwed the bridge down fully and its still to high and i dont want to fiddle with it to much because i dont want to break it, or if anyone lives in london u.k maybe you could show me?

We tried to help you on this other thread. I even suggested you call me collect from London. Also asked the Mods to move that thread to set up and repair Forum.
