A New History of the Double Bass

I'm a university student in both music ed and bass performance looking for the book "A New History of the Double Bass". When I search the internet, the prices are a little out of my budget. i was wondering if anyone new of a library who had it or the cheapest place i could buy it.

i decided that it was worth it to just bite the bullet and buy the book. its a really really great resource. my library didn't have it, but my professor did. after a few minutes with it, i knew i had to own it. $70 from lemur
