new Sheridan bass

John Spraue has graciously added some pictures of my latest bass on the Bass Eye Candy part of this forum. I'll try to get some better pictures to John soon. My daughter arrived here in Mazatlan the other day with a new camera for me.
Information on the bass is provided with the pictures. It's a genuine Testore model from a C. A .Testore c. 1705. Enjoy.
I am currently working on a Carcassi model.

that's a great looking bass.
are you saying it's a new bass patterned after a testore model ca. 1705?
or you restored it?

new bass

Sorry for the confusion. It's a bass I made that is a copy of a Testore. I finished it about a month ago.

Sheridan Carcassi

Being a real fan of the Romanian Carcassi model basses, I found photos of Martin's work when I was doing a webcrawl about a year ago. The workmanship looked lovely and I'd love to put my hands on one sometime.

Keep 'em coming, Martin!
