| Newly found interest
I recently found an interest in playing upright bass, I've been playing electric for 2 years and upright in my school orchestra for 3, but watching local bluegrass and jazz players has sparked a serious interest to truly delve into this art. I don't know where to begin looking at different components and mechanics that go into serious upright bass playing, or where to find a bass to purchase for myself. I was hoping that someone here could point me in the right direction. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
