Some time ago, the brochure for this bass was partially quoted here on TB:

Now they have a bass where the bass side foot of the bridge is standing on a soundpost that goes through a hole in the top, and is resting on the back plate. This seems like an intriguing idea to me, but is there anybody that has experience with the Epoch bass? (or violins or cellos)?
