In a pickle

I really want a C extension. My current bass is an Upton hybrid. Though I love it, I do see myself upgrading somewhat soon. Should I put an extension on this bass or just wait until I get a new bass before I do so? It could be a couple years before I upgrade.

Lightbulb

Did you buy your bass from Upton or from another party?
Either way, IMO, give them a call.....good people who are easy to work with. I don't see any reason to wait but you should do a lot of research before jumping in. Different options for what exactly you want from one and prices can vary depending on specific needs.

EDIT: Detroit, do a TB search under DB C extensions for your inquisitiveness. Or Google same.
