purfling around F holes

Which basses come with purfled F holes? I thought the blonde Upton's did, but I guess I was wrong.

Is it just the Kings-and I think those are painted.

I've not seen any DB's with real purfling around the f's but some have some more intricate carving in that area. Not that purfled f's don't exist, I just don't recall one. Are you talking about the King Mortone vintage DB's or the current King basses with the flashy paint jobs?

The kings I was referring to are the new ones, and they are definately painted.

Someone pointed out that it might be the older Kay "S" models that I was thinking about.
