Rentals in New Jersey

At the start of the school year a new band teacher came to my school. Ive been playing electric bass for the concert band the past year and a half, but this new teacher wanted to do away with electric bass and have me learn to play upright. This week the basses finally arrived after a few problems with money orders and paperwork. I have to say, I love it! It's a blast to play and I'm glad I finally got the chance to learn. However, I face a problem. I want to play at home on my own as well, so I need to find a store where I can rent one. I live in central New Jersey, but I'd be willing to go some places in New York(I'm from Far Rockaway and still have family there). I believe my school district rents instruments from Universal Music, a store in Long Island not too far from my family. I'd really appreciate it is anyone can guide me in the right direction and give me a rough estimate of a fair price to pay and which basses to look for. Thanks alot.
Sam.

I'm not familiar with any shops in central NJ, but in north Jersey there's Victor's House of Music and O'Dibella Music. I have students that rent from both places.

Would you happen to know their website or the cost they charge your students?
