Is the Sam Ash Hamburg a CCB?

I have a guitarist friend who wants to buy an inxepensive URB to noodle with. He found a Hamburg 3/4 at Sam Ash. I told him to either go to Utpon or Gollihur but he's persistant about the Hamburg. I cannot find any info on this bass. Is it another CCB or something a little more sturdy that I can tell him it's at least not a piece of crap.

I believe the Hamburg 3/4 model at Sam Ash is a relabeled Strunal Model 50/2.

All plywood with ebonized brazilwood fittings.
