Not neccesarily sketchy- maybe just a poorly done ad. FINGER- boards are commonly dyed or stained on cheaper DBs, aren't they?

Way beyond sketchy. I guess it might be okay for someone into "rock a billy" . Sounds like a goatherder that's a little too attached to his work.
