unlabeled Flat-Back (information/appraisal?)

I have an unlabeled Flat-Back, probable Germanic origin.
Circa late 19th century. nut to bridge 40" , width lower body at widest 24", width at upper body at widest 19 1/2", body depth at narrowest 5 3/4", body depth at widest 6 5/8", Flat-Back length 42". Have had bass for about 17yrs. When I found the instrument it was in need of serious care. The neck was broken at the heel, was very dry and coming apart. the "Classic Violin Shop" of Eleva, Wisconsin performaned all needed repair. The neck, the entire instrument has ben ROCK SOLID ever since.
I have pict's, just gotta figure out how to post them. I'm interested in information about the Bass, an idea of its value, and yes, it would be for sale. New at this, looking for information.
