Canada | | | Upton Hybrid and Thanks I just recently put the down payment on an Upton hybrid Hawkes upright along with a whole wack of goodies and it wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for talkbass and the helpful users. I've been searching these forms for some time now and because of recomendations and lack of local basses I decided to jump on an upton, and thanks to the helpful knowledge of other users I was able to decide on the Hybrid model without an worries.
Just wanted to share my excitment and gratitude, thanks a ton guys.

Actually it probably wont see much time alone, in september I'm going to Selkirk college and enrolling in their music program, which is quite similar to Berklee's so it should be a blast.
thanks |

| | | I've been looking to save for the UB Superswing Laminate DB. This would be my first bass as well. Actually, it would be my first instrument. I've always had my eye on e-bass, and when I heard my first upright, I couldn't resist. After all the great things I've heard about Upton Bass, I'm going to have to pull the hammer very soon. |

This is one of his first uptons shipped so it may be different from now on but the bass is most likely going to ship straight to me and he gets the paper work. I've calulated all the prices before and I save money through GH. |
