Value question, about my Romanian bass

Hello everyone. I have a 1/2 scale Romanian flatback bass is about 8.5/10 condition. Bass is about 20 years old and has no structural issues. Bass looks and plays great. Bass has solid top. Back and sides appear solid to me.

Anyone have a ball park idea of the value of this bass. I'm thinking of selling it. I paid $1500 for it exactly 1 year ago.

Thanks

It sounds like you got a great deal if it is all solid wood, carved, etc. Do some research on what these are going for new. Personally, I'd rather have a played in, 20 year old one in great shape than a new one, and would pay for it (of course, it has to sound good). I've seen 5/8 Juzeks for sale at 3.5k from time to time.

Not much to offer but, if you post some pics, others may chime in with advice. Let a qualified luthier look at it. He/She could help in estimating its value in your local market.
