Victor Pawlovski west-Germany uprightbass

Hello everybody,

I have a Victor Pawlovski from wdr/west-Germany. Who can tell me something about this bass? I brought the bass to a atelier/customizer and he repaired all the bad things about it. The bass has a good sound but in wich quality does this uprightbass belong?
I think the made it in the '80? if you dameged the wood you will get a little white spots on top....
On the web i can not find any information about it! who can tell me more about this builder (Victor) he builded cello's to. There is a inscription from him inside the bass!
Thank you very much...... and i'm sorry about my English writing!

best regards
