West Coast La Scala?

So, I'll be in the market for a new bass in the fall and I'm really considering a New Standard La Scala. I've had the chance to play a Cleveland, but I've been playing an American Standard for a long time and the sloped shoulders and violin corners of the La Scala really look good to me. So does anyone on this side of the country have one? I live near Seattle, but find myself in Oregon and California pretty regularly and would love the chance to check out a La Scala.
