I dig it. I've had the case get soaked while the bass stayed dry-had to walk a few blocks to my car....when i got about a block away from the venue-it started to downpour and i got drenched, bass bag got drenched, and i was nervous i was going to have a wet bass. I get home & take it out of the bag-the bass was fine & didn't feel substantially different.
I also own a Mooradian Double Electric Bass bag [holds 2 BGs]-i like it as well. I'll probably stick with Mooradian Bags until i find one that truly amazes me, and then i'll hope that they also make slab bags.

Soundwear is what they had before, I think. | Well - like everything at that shop - quite 'classy' and classical (maybe) but way overpriced IMO!
The Ritter I got was almost half that price and has more features/higher spec!

I lean the neck on my right shoulder with the top facing to my left and hang the bag top over the scroll. It is a bit of an ungainly procedure but with a bit of practice..well..it's still awkward..
I must appear to be a fumbling fool because almost without exception folks always rush up to ask if "they can help"..great conversation starter after the gig..
And yes, I do like my Mooradian Deluxe.

Cheap as hell (under 25 bucks) and has more pockets and stuff than the last one I had - which cost me $89. Go figure. If they make bags for DB then count me in. |

I grabbed one strap and the top of the pocket for the bow. The top of the bow pocket ripped at the seam as pretty as you please. They are sending me another one. I could see it if I had attempted to lift the bass by the bow pocket, but all I was doing was sliding it toward me. Oh well.....other than that I have never seen a gig bag as sturdy as this bag. Extremely thick padding and it's so rigid it will stand in the corner.
