I have a 1939 Mittenwald 3/4 DB. Hust had it repaired by luthier. It's in good condition,(new bridge, all cracks repaired , new endpin and new strings). The sound is great. Wilson PU mounted on bridge.
Have the person who just repaired your bass make an estimated valuation based on Similar Basses in similar condition, Recent sales, Make or style of Bass and usability.
Also post as many pics here and as much info as you know about the Bass to get an On-Line Estimate.
The Bass should be seen in person by someone that regularly apraises Basses and other Violin family instruments within the current market.
