Where In Colorado

I'm visiting Estest Park and I'm looking to see if there's any shops in boulder or near here that would be worth checking out to purchase upright basses.

I'm now back in Omaha but I didn't hav e access to a computer and I wasn't able to get a car to drive away from the orchestra I was with. But I am making a trip back to Colorado sometime this summer. What are your price ranges.

Our price ranges? I've seen a fair variety of prices int eh Denver area but mostly $1500-$7000 type stuff. Some places to check with are Kolacny music, Von's violin shop, and Bob Ross. Bob builds customs from about $15k and up, but they are really gorgeous instruments. Swallow hill ah some blue-grass oriented lower end thing run through occasionally as well. Give Paul a call- he knows alot more about the DB scene around here than I do.. I learned most of it from him in the first place .

I stayed glued to this computer lest I miss some of the brilliance flowing forth from your experienced bass-laden brain.
