Josef und Kurt Wilfer

This is my first post.
I have one of Josef und Kurt Wilfer bass. It's made in 1972. When I talked with Roland Wilfer of Emanuel Wilfer shop at NAMM show, he told me that they are his distant relatives, something like his aunt's aunt or cousin (sorry, not sure). Anyway, their shop is independent from Emanuel's shop and now it is inherited by Andreas Wilfer.
I owned it for over 25 years and like it very much. It's all curved and a decent bass. I don't know the current value but I guess (hope?) it's worth $5-6,000 or more if perfectly set up.

Hope it helps

If it is, the bass should be a quality instrument.
