I asked Dino about this and he said the electronics are better and certain design issues were fixed(I don't know the issues) in comparison to the older ones. Of course he wanted me to buy a new one

Locally I saw an older model hallow body sell on Craigslist in a few days at the asking price that seemed high to me. (Maybe over 2K don't remember )
It had a slightly different body then the current Allegro hallow model. If it's the current body and in good shape I wouldn't pay over 15K.
There's a guy here at basstalk that was trying to sell his older solid body and couldn't get anybody interested. As I recall it was a pretty reasonable price.
