Can you ID this one?

This bass was recently out on eBay (see NS Design thread).
Does anyone recognize it? The "K" logo (if itīs what it is) seems familiar but I canīt place it.

not mine: My logo is a lower case H which some people (namely my bud Xyllon and the crew of ne-er do wells at another bass website) think looks a little too much like a Llama :-)

maybe an early Knudsen?
