Emminence - Realistic pickup at High Level

I find that at high level, the Realistic Pick up of my Emminence Bass gives me a muddy sound.
I wonder if some of you have the same problem, and how do you solve it?
damping the strings?
other pick up?
etc

(I must say that I don't have a powerful cab: GK MBX 112, and that doesn't help.
I will buy soon a Wizzy 10.)
