Handy Hint: Twang Removal on Azola Acoustic BB

One feature of my 5-string Azola Acoustic Baby Bass is a velcro wrap around the strings that serves as a damper. Sadly, this was not enough help for the C-string, which has, until now, been awfully twangy past IIIrd position. However this has been much improved by the addition of a small ball of silicone (from a pair of swimmer's ear plugs) just below the bridge.

Had I not taken up swimming, I'd still be twanging, but this has proved very helpful.
