New to basses and new to this forum

Hi there first post here. I've been playing the URB for a couple months now and really want to get into an electric. I was looking for some oppionons on what would be the best electric in the 7-8 hundred range. I'd really like something that has the body style of an accoustic URB but will take what seems to be the best.

If you want a bass that is an upright bass style or violin style, you might wanna check out one of these:
