Please help me identify this EUB

Hello all,

This is my first time posting on this forum. I scored an EUB about a year ago in need of some work. Besides a few nicks here and there it's in pretty solid condition with a nice ebony neck. It currently needs a bridge, a pickup, and a new set of strings.

Can anyone identify this from the pics? Any idea what it's worth?

I'd be interested in hearing more about that bass, once you've fixed it up and you've lived with it for a bit.
