Searching For The Right Micro Amp

I play a NS CR5M with an acoustic rock band. I want a micro amp but I need it to be powerful enough to play onstage with acoustic drums and not break up. I'm looking at EA Micro 300 with Whizzy 110 Cab, Mesa Boogie Walkabout Scout with 10" Cab or a Genz Benz 3.0-10T. Anyone have experience with these amps or any recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

The shuttle 3.0 10t is the best amp I've heard with my Azola Bugbass.

Have you looked at the Markbass F1? I still haven't heard much about it on the DB side of things. Looks promising though! I own one for electric and am planning on using it for URB in the future when I can afford one.

I've had good luck with a Clarus series 3 and a Wizzy 12 with my BugBass. Plenty of volume, punch and clarity.

Clarus or Focus

I have an AI Clarus SL (since discontinued) and a Focus, both of which I use with an AI Contra EX or Schroder 112L with great results. And the AI warranty is the best!

Hi for what it's worth,

I play both upright and electric bass through my Hevos 400T amplifier coupled with a PJB cabinet, Beautiful tone and amazing sound.

Extermely light weight and makes loading and unloading into a gig dead easy!
