Question WEEDWACKERS

Anyone tried a set of "Weedwacker" strings on a EUB? How did it work ?

yes i have, i tried my own and then purchased a set of hillbilly slap strings from:http://www.traditionmusic.com/main.html

and i love them. IMHO i think they have a better tone, especially when played at a higher rock/funk volume, where many EUB's start to go BGish. i liked them better than when i had steel strings on it.
