What is this guy playing?

I usually hang about the BG side, but i saw this video, and thought to myself, what IS that?

First thing that came to mind is 'shortscale EUB' , but i know absolutely nothing about uprights so i present this question to you

I'm pretty sure it's not a Palatino. I spent a lot of time researching EUBs before I got mine and I don't recognise it ... I certainly don't think it's one of the mainstream makers (if there is such a thing when talking about EUBs).

Hang on in ... somebody may know.
