Warwick Corvette $$ 5 Made in Germany!! (Boston North)

Sign in to disble this ad
This is the real deal made in Germany Warwick. You know the deal with these basses, unfortunately It just does not seem to fit into the genre of my bands music. This bass just wants to own the stage and my brother's Martin Acoustic is getting jealous. Need something with a little less growl when I dig in. I would be willing to trade for the right bass. Stingray / Bongo / P-bass maybe I havn't really decided what I'm going to go with yet. Bass is 4 years old Paid 1800 new. Comes with Gig Bag, Warwick Handbook/Tools, Beez wax and clip locks. It is in great condition a few small nicks and one scuff on the bottom under the knobs probably easy touch up I just never looked into it. Hopping for a local sale but will ship with help on best shipping methods ect.......
PayPal accepted

Wow, really? Is a $800 loss in 4 years the norm for these basses?

Ok I have narrowed my current search for a new bass so I would be willing to trade for a G&L L-2000 USA made obviously

First off let me say that this bass is a swiss army knife of tones. All the basses you want the $$ can duplicate pretty dang well with a little Warwick flair of course. I had one for about a year and it's one of the few basses that I regret selling (3 or 4 of 20+). The year or so I had mine it was my #1 and I was only playing a coffee house setting with a guitar player, two singers and very occasional light percussion. It worked fabulously.

With regard to the resale value - GC was blowing these out for under $1000 a couple years ago which is where I bought mine and I think it really screwed up Warwick's resale value in the process.

Anyway bump for a killer bass. I'm thinkin' on this one.

Ovangkol Neck, Wenge fretboard, 4 knobs with two switches for series/single/parallel. None of those are on the Rockbass version.

Bump for a great bass! I had one a while back, and absolutely loved it! Extremely versatile. Good luck!
