Here's a very very sexy and incredible sounding Jazz bass that i built using fender parts. It's got holes drilled in the body for a tugbar, oldschool mutes and chrome pickup and bridge covers if you'd like to use them. The control cavity and pickup cavities are shielded with silver shielding paint. I've got about about $700 in this bass, but I'm getting married on November 1st and I have 9 basses (3 rickenbackers and 6 jazzes) so I just have to say no and let go.
It's in immaculate condition for the exception of one small chip in the paint on the back side of the body near the neck joint. You can see it in the picture down below.
Here's a video sampling the sound. I was drinking a bit before it was made, so thats why it sounds sloppy. also, i recorded the video and audio tracks separately, hence the parts where it looks off.
