*****Actually went through a Craigslist reply, but I'll update here. If proper protocol is to delete, then prompt me and I'll be happy to.*****

I'd like to start this offering as a local only deal. If for some reason, it doesn't go that way, I'll open it up to shipping. I've got it listed on Craigslist Seattle too, but didn't want to leave my TalkBass family out in the cold.

This one is a players, bass, professionally set up and road worn. Not the kind the Fender charges you extra to do at the factory because it looks cool, the kind that comes from being road worn. If you like that, you're ready to go, if not, this is a great refinish candidate.

Rosewood fretboard, standard pickups, standard hardware with the exception of Dunlop strap locks, which I'll include or replace, your choice. Either way, you get the originals to take away with you. Serial Number denotes US manufacture in 2003 or 2004.

I'm including the hard Fender flight case and a soft gigbag.

Priced for quick sale. MIMs are going in in the $400-450 range. US Stds on eBay are starting at $800. If you've ever owned an American original, then you know. Cash Price is $675

You MIGHT tempt me with a trade, but my goal is to sell for cash to take shopping. I think that I want a Warwick Corvette, though I'll keep an open mind. I'm an upright bassist by day and think I would be more comfortable with a heavy, thick neck and some type of hardwood fretboard; maple, wenge, etc.

A few more photos

This is my 4th Fender since about 1979, by the way. I love them and if I'm honest with myself, it likely won't be my last, but here you go.
