I think this will be a pretty good deal for someone out there!?! I purchased this Korean made Spector a few years ago from a Music Store where I used to live............I have never really played this bass at all, and I am continuing to try and reduce my "collection" to a reasonable amount!
I am not even sure of the exact model this is, but it has the same componentry as the newer ReBop models (EMG-HZ, Active Tone Controls) which cost more than $1,200.00, and they are only bolt-on necks! The only wear at all on this bass would be because it was on display at the music store, but I really can't find any to speak of.......
! As you know, Spectors do not come with cases, but I purchased one for this bass recently. The brand new Spector case will also be included in the auction, and you know how much they are!
I paid more for this bass without the case than I am asking for it shipped! Spector had to go to bolt on necks, to remain price competitive...........You can own a virtually new neck through Korean model and case for less than their current bolt-on neck foreign models!
