albeit, the best trade is a pre-cbs Fender Jazz :P

What a sweetheart. Looks just like mine. Don't sell this bass. There is something about that 47 year old wood that just resonates. They don't come much nicer than this.

Nope. CBS bought Fender the first week of 1965, though the transition to CBS-style instruments and amps happily didn't start for a while. I had a '66 just like that and it was killer--wish I had it back.
