1967 Vox Apollo IV - price drop!

Sunburst, with some cracks in the finish (check pics). Non original pickup, and some kind of metal nut. I would say the nut is also not original, but I don't know for sure. You can view the pickup better in this thread: Need help identifying pups in my Vox Apollo
I may be guessing a little on the date. It was sold to me as a 67, and they were made in either 67 or 68. The effects side has been bypassed, because I used this bass in the studio and there was much less noise with the effects cut out of the loop.

This bass sounds nice and thumpy (very hofner-esque), and has been used many times on recordings and gigs. I found a red one about five years ago and that is the one I use now. If I can find an mp3 to throw online so you can check it out, I will.
No case, but it will be packed well.
$850 750 shipped

I have what I was told is a 68 Teardrop(Bill Wyman sig?)w/a very similar nut; I'm guessing original. Looks like aluminum, w/a zero fret. Cool basses.

Cool - thanks Bassteban.

Here is a track I found with this bass. If you forward to 3:00, everything gets out of the way and you can really hear it. Dig!

This bass is calling your name like it is 1969 and girls are screaming so loudly you can't hear the PA bump. GAS made me say that.
