Want to trade 1968 Fender Telecaster Bass for Fender Custom Shop '55 Precision NOS in Blonde. Cash added from either side is negotiable. No Relics, please.

This 1968 Telecaster has been valued from $2750 (dealer) to $4000 (private sale). Its body and neck are original with normal wear and tear for a working instrument. Not refinished. Frets are in excellent condition. Pickguard and knobs have been replaced. Original single coil pickup has been rewired. No bridge or pup covers. Tone is excellent. No other issues. Neck is true. Action is set low without buzz. Original Fender black hardshell Tolex case with red flock interior is included. More photos will be forthcoming. Located in New York City. Face to face trade is preferred.

The truth is most of that time it sat in an attic! That's when the original nitrocellulose pickguard disintegrated.
