1968 Gibson EBO With Added Pickup

Sign in to disble this ad
I've got a 1968 Gibson EBO that I'm not using, so I've decided to let her go. Everything is original on it, except for the added pickup and trim at the bridge and the Les Paul style 3-way selector switch. The truss rod cover is missing. The pickup is a Precision type, and appears to be a DiMarzio. The mod also appears to have been done a long time ago, probably late 70's to early 80's. There's a lot of nicks, dings, weather checking, etc on the bass, but it plays and sounds great. There is a crack that appears to be in the wood in the upper bout where the neck joins the body, and on the top of the body itself, but I've had the bass a long time and it's never given me any problems. I tried to photograph it as best as I could. I would like to get $675.00 OBO shipped for it. No case, but I will include a gig bag in the $675.00 price.

Here's the link for the pix:

I've lowered the price to move her.
