Never thought the day would come...this has been my #1 P for many of years. Ive recored just about every session with this bass. Many an engineers and sound man has drooled at the sublime tone.
Refinished (not sure of original color) light alder white body and amazing worn in neck just make the playability and tone to die for. Currently strung with TI Jazz flats (about 5 years old) that let the bass have the LOWEST action I have ever played on any bass. Frets have plenty of life in them as I believe its been with flats most its life. Truss screw is dead even with the heel of the neck, and the neck itself is straight as an arrow! Bass weighs in at just under 9 lbs (bathroom scale method)
Now, this bass is a players bass and not for a collector - has various dings any players wear throughout, but nothing in anyway affects the playability. At some point a previous owner must have had a string tree on the head stock cause there is 4 screw holes. There is also a crack in the pickguard that is near the input jack (pretty common from what I understand)
Pics should speak for themselves - please ask any questions you may have
