Hi there...this is back for sale. Not a lot of interest last time I posted so I lowered the price to 675$ shipped(Its gonna cost 75$ to ship as I am in Montreal, Canada). Bass has one pickup changed to a Bartolini, which sounds great BTW. Has a hole drilled in the side where there was an XLR plug...some kind iof weird DI.
I am having trouble with my computer, so if you want pics I can e-mail them to you. Comes with really beat original case.
bass is a beast at 12lbs. Not sure why folks don't like these..maybe the weight?
I dunno..its a longshot effort at a sale as I have too many basses and never play this one.
I'm open to trades but there is not much I want or need. Maybe a Genz Benz shuttle or a 70's parts P-bass.
Here's a stock pic.

Classic. I have the same identical one I bought in 1978. They don't make em like this any more. Show up on a gig with one of these and get ready to be stared at ( in a good way).

Yeah..they are head turners for sure...You should buy this one too as they are very very delicate instruments and yours might not make it thru to the next millenium.

I had one a while back. How is the neck? My fingers would fall off the sides on either the "E or D" strings. Might have needed leveling.

The neck is great, 1 5/8" at the nut and plays really well. Very smooth.
