1972 Olympic White Jazz Bass For Sale Or Sadowsky 5 Trade

Sign in to disble this ad
All original 1972 Olympic White Jazz Bass. $4,000.

The Oly White has yellowed over the years. I've only used it on a few sessions, over the years. The frets are in great shape.

I bought it from the original owner, who is from Nashville. It's seen a few Honkytonks....

Maple Board with black blocks. One small hole drilled long ago for a thumbrest.

This bass is all tone. The perfect 70's JBass sound. I've also run it thru my outboard Sadowsky pre-amp and it's fantastic.

Please PM me with all questions, offers or for more pix.

Any reasonable offer considered, but please remember this is an original custom color and I know what it's worth.

It also happens to be a bad-ass bass. :0)

I would also consider a trade for a top of the line Sadowsky 5 with a maple or Ebony board.

OHSC and back cover plate (no screws) included.

I don't have a scale here, unfortunately. It's not a crazy heavy Fender, but it's not lightweight, either. I would guess 10lbs. If I can get it to a place to weigh it, I'll post it.
