What is neck profile on the P-Bass?

1 5/8" or 1 3/4".

Weight of bass.

Yes and it's a little heavier than the P, I gotta say 9 lbs maybe a little more but not an boat anchor like most 70's J's.. Tone up the Butt with both of these basses.

Funkster, great looking basses! Are you sure about the dates, though? The P looks to be at least a 74 based on the thumb rest location, and the Jazz at least a 77 based on the Strat style knobs.
