1973 Fender Jazz, burst/maple/pearl blocks

Sign in to disble this ad
1973 Fender Jazz bass. Sunburst alder body with maple fretboard and pearl block and bound neck. Currently fitted with Dimarzio's but have the original grey bottom pickups to go along with the bass. Replacement tort pickguard, but have original thumbrest and chrome bridge cover / ashtray. Do not have the pickup cover, however. Will get an accurate weight on a postal scale ASAP, but this is a lightweight bass, right around 9 pounds by comparison to my other basses.

This bass is in excellent condition for its age with just a few nicks and dings, and one area of player wear on the rear of the upper horn. Frets were recently leveled and the bass is set up nicely for fingerstyle or pick playing.

Ships in a newer model Fender molded case which is in great shape. $1900 plus shipping.

bump for a very aggressive price drop. $2300 for this very nice '73 Jazz is a helluva deal. Need to move this bass, and it should sell quickly at this price.

Bump with YET ANOTHER PRICE DROP. $1900 is an amazing deal on a '73 Jazz in this condition. Where's the love, my fellow keepers of the low end?
