Beautiful 1973 Fender Telecaster bass in wonderful condition with OHSC up FS/FT.
I love this bass. It is the thickest bass tone I have ever heard. I used it for gigs that needed an upright, and I used my thump to play with it-- seemed to do the trick. Currently, it is strung with very old flat wound strings.. very thumpy bass!
Cosmetically speaking, the bass is in pretty good condition. The fretboard is clean, and so is the bass. The finish has some line checking and there is a gash underneath the fretboard on the body. Other than that, it looks great. Everything is original! The case is in 7/10 condition-- still functions as it should, but as with any 40 year old case, there are some scratches.
Looking for a P-Bass as far as trades go (Vintage/AVRI/Fender Custom Shop). Selling this bass because I love P-Basses and I am looking for that P-Bass that will stick with me for the rest of my life.
