1976 Ibanez 2369B-WH-$450 shipped

Firm on the price. They are pretty rare, and not easy to find. Took a long while for me to find the Graham Maby bass, (Joe Jackson, some of you old buggers know what I am talking about, lol) and this one is excellent. The tone of this one is special.

Fast low action, 1 1/2" nut, 33 1/2" scale. PJ pickups. Strung with DR black beauties. My bathroom scale says 9.5 pounds. Normal wear for a 35 year old bass, but still very clean. More photos later.

Let me know if you have any questions. Selling as I need to fund a few items for my autistic son's therapy room.

$450 shipped. Paypal is best. Will consider partial trades. But, I need at least $300 cash after all is said and done.

Wow. I have the same style Ibanez made in 86 with the PJ pickups and a cream body with a black pickguard....the thing is sick and sounds amazing. This one looks even cooler with those blocks and horn switch--i bet this bass is awesome!

Is that what Graham Maby played? I was aware that he played an Ibanez, but I didn't know the model. "Look Sharp" and "Beat Crazy" are still a couple of my favorite albums.

I would have probably but this bass no questions asked had I some available funds, but none at the moment. If you still have it in a couple of weeks let me know and send me a PM. Do you have a hard case for it by the way?

Photos.

Ibanez bass pictures by ichabonius2000 - Photobucket

Played it a bit tonight. Wonderful P tone, can get grindy as well. Action is stupid low. So very easy to play. Very versatile tonally. Love it. Hate to let it go. Everything works as it should. Truss, electronics, etc..
Includes a Road Runner gig bag.

Derail/tangent/trivia/bump: Maby's actual bass- purportedly the one used on the first album- sold on ebay some time ago- went for around $1200 IIRC. GREAT stuff.

I saw that. It had photos of him holding it. I actually bid on it. The final price was over 4K!
