1981 Rickenbacker 4080

Due to financial reasons,I regret that I have to put my beloved Rickenbacker 4080 for sale.It's a 1981 all original Mapleglo custom order
with two extra factory installed toggle switches.This is a crowd pleaser for sure.The body mass gives it the low end that no other Rick has.Bass is in great condition with some finish cracking.The stereo jack works most of the time in the bass but works all of the time when jack plate is removed so it just needs an adjustment.I use the mono jack so I haven't went in and adjusted it.Bass comes with OHSC.price REDUCED TO $7000.I will entertain cash+trade offers but only for Foderas and NYC Sadowsky 24 fret models and Wal 5 +$.
Will also consider F bass fretless for trade+cash.Thanks

It's funny that you say the trip to Europe.I always told my wife that when I retired from the music biz that I would sell the Rick and take her to Europe.Now it's for taxes and other crap.
