1982 G&L L-1000.. Mahogany body with natural finish, maple neck (with skunkstripe), rosewood fretboard, brass nut. Old style headstock. Original G&L stamped tuners. Black crinkle hardware. Gold foil sticker on neckplate is intact. Bass is in great condition with a few scratches and bumps from being played for the last 26 years. No abuse, no issues. Comes with original Tolex hardshell case (with keys). Case has the correct brown fur interior and is in very good shape with only one chrome "foot" missing.
Body date 8-12-82, neck date appears to read 1-01-82. Weighs in at a very gig-able 9.5lbs; pratically a lightweight for a mahogany body! Great tone, monster sound, the OMG! switch will rock your world. Serial # in the B0121xx range..
