Here is my pride and joy of basses....my Dark-starred Peavey T-45. I swore I wouldn't sell her but she's too heavy for me. Amazing tone. Great shape. I got the wiring harness from Butch Ammons @ Bayou Cables. The T-45 normally had 3 knobs and the instrument jack on the side of the body. I moved it to the body and filled in the hole on the side with wood filler and painted it. It looks fine.
The pickup and electronics cavities have been painted with shielding paint. The body is in good condition. There are various dings and scratches but nothing bad. The neck is awesome. Truss rod works fine, neck is straight, frets are in awesome condition as well. I just put a fresh set of Rotosound swing bass rounds on it and it sounds great. Comes with original hard shell case.
$450 shipped....the pickup and harness were $200 alone. Well worth the scratch. USA only.

This is an awesome bass. Someone is going to be very happy. It weighed right at 12lbs even on my accurate digital fish scale. With a wide foam strap, it's no big deal. The KILLER tone is well worth it!!! |
