1962 Fender Reissue made the Fullerton factory. Both the body and neck are dated Jan 1983 and it has a V0 serial number. The neck was refretted with vintage frets by Mike Dolan who many of you know is one of the best. He did an amazing job. In addition the pickup is not original. The replacement pickup is a Fender 62 RI pickup and it is old but it has the bevels so I am thinking that it was a late 80's model or possibly early 90's. Fullerton's were not beveled so I know it's not an early pickup but the info I got points to it being one of the first beveled models. It sounds amazing and just like the other 62 Fullertons I have played.
It is amazingly light. Slightly over 8lbs and the neck is very thin from front to back but a full C width at the nut. To those that have played Fullertons you know that these necks are to die for. The finish has some checking but is in very good condition. Comes with a brand new tweed case. Not the one in the photo but very nice. Strung with a brand new set of TI Jazz Rounds.
Note: the truss nut looks like it is far in there but that was common to Fullertons and there is no issue with the truss rod. Dolan put some spacers in and it is closer to the edge now.

Gahh--I was hunting for a bass of this exact description for months, and then I spent my last bit of credit on a different bass just a couple weeks ago.
