For sale is my 1983 G&L L-2000 bass. Ash body, rosewood board. This was made during the transition period and has a pick up selector, series/parallel switch and a on/off boost switch. This is just boost and what a freaking boost it is. Pure, raw power. The body is finished in a light clear finish, not a thick layer of poly. In my web album, you can see the finish very well. Here is the link - https://picasaweb.google.com/1092276...7Wk_iOnZnZtQE#
There is a nick just below the point Fender Co. sued Leo Fender to put on the headstock, a few in the rosewood on the E string side (hard to photograph) and a few dings over all. In great shape for a 28 year old bass. It comes with a HSC, not the best but it protects the bass.
I am asking $695 local. Not looking for trades, thanks. My other items in the Picasa web album are also for sale with the exception of the L-1000.
Please E-mail me with all questions.

I played her for a few hours yesterday. I am pulling her from the block and returning her the the herd. Thanks for all the interest but I just can't let this one go......
